Shipping Policy

Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?

Yes - We ship worldwide. We offer a mix of free and Domestic shipping. We ship worldwide. Shipping prices are transparent and will appear on the checkout  page before you complete your final order. We do not bill for shipping once the order is already placed.

What are your shipping and processing times?

Standard Shipping Times 

US: 10-15 business days 

CA, UK, AU: 10-15 business days 

Other countries: 15-25 business days

* Please note that shipping times to international countries like CA, UK, AU, NZ... may take longer and may experience more delays. Weekends are not factored in when speculating shipping times.

Shipping Delays

Due to a large unexpected increase in sales volume some orders may be delayed 1-2 weeks in the month of January & February. We appreciate your patience and are working day and night to have all order shipped out in a timely manner.

 

Processing Times 

Orders can sometimes take 1-2 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out. We like to ensure that all packages are packaged correctly and safely. We do not ship on weekends. 

Where can I find my tracking number? 

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email or text providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

Unexpected Delays

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.

Please keep in mind that due to the current situations, packages are delayed and take longer to arrive. Please just keep that in mind.

Product Delivered but customer never received it

We are not held responsible for products that were delivered but then lost and stolen afterward. In order to start a replacement for delivered products, we will require the customer to contact USPS to confirm what happened to the product. The customer will be required to contact USPS as USPS will need to confirm their address and information. This is a responsibility on the customer. For delivered items to wrong addresses due to the customer providing a wrong address into the system, no refunds or replacements will be sent out unless paid for. If a replacement is initiated, customer will be required to pay for the reshipment fee while we cover the product cost fee.
